Development This new residence is ideally located in the heights of the resort of Avoriaz close to La Falaise district and comprising five residences and a beautiful Spa featuring a huge heated swimming pool giving to visitors the possibility to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the resort and it is ski-in-ski-out access to the heart of the ski resort. The resort released in Dec 2017, apartments are sold with full rental management and VAT rebate on the purchase price. A few apartments can be sold outside rental management (add 20% VAT to price).
The building is South-facing, with magnificent views of the Morzine valley and close to shops and restaurants. The resort has direct access via covered walkways to one of the largest Spas in the Northern Alps that includes a wellness centre with massages, wraps, hydro jets, and body modelling massages, hammam, sauna, jacuzzis® and fitness area, huge heated swimming pool and sensory pool
